Day 1 International arrival in Lima

Our representative will meet you at the Lima international airport and escort you to your hotel.
There are no scheduled activities, so check into the hotel and rest.

Note: Arrive in Lima at any time, but we recommend that you arrive in Lima between 3 to 10 pm

Day 2 Lima Sightseeing tour

Breakfast at the hotel; Tour Lima will start at 10:00 am after a good breakfast, a private guided tour of colonial and modern Lima in a private minibus, including the cathedral, dating back to 1654, the main square, which still houses the bronze fountain original built in 1650, and the Convent of San Francisco and its catacombs. Known as the city of kings, Lima was founded in 1535 by Pizarro and rebuilt in 1991, the same year that UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site. One of the few cities in South America that preserve the colonial past, Lima was the home of the Spanish viceroy during the time of the Spanish colonizers.

Optional Tour in Lima – Fuentes de Lima; surprise by the largest compound of electronic sources in the world.
Guided excursion to the Magic Water Circuit the largest water fountain compound in the world, certified by Guinness World Records. Here you can enjoy a wonderful display of water, light, music and images presented in the Reserve Park – (they start at: 18:30 – Duration: 2 and a half hours – Open from Wednesday to Sunday)

Day 3 Lima to Ica and overflight Nazca Lines

Breakfast at the hotel; You will be picked up from your hotel in Lima at 7:00 am by our representative and then you will embark in a private vehicle to Ica. Embark in around 3 ½ hours, you will be driven 325 km. (202 miles) south along the Pan-American Highway from Lima to Ica, through the arid desert and lush coastal oasis; We will arrive in Ica at 11:00 hours approx.
You fly over the Nazca lines from Ica, the flight will take 1 hour and 15 minutes; We offer you a flight over the Nazca Lines aboard a Cessna Caravan plane leaving the city of Ica. This aerial tour will allow you to see the most spectacular Nazca drawings, such as the monkey, the hummingbird, the condor, the spider, the astronaut and many others. In addition you will also see huge geometric designs and hundreds of lines that cross the Nazca plateau; then we will return to the Ica airport. Upon arrival our representative will be waiting for you and transfer to your hotel in Ica. Lunch in Ica at the Mossone restaurant – Accommodation in Ica hotel

Optional Tour in Ica – Dune Buggy & Sandboard around Huacachina Oasis
For the more adventurous, we suggest buggy and tour around Sandboarding Huacachina Oasis; our buggy tour around the Huacachina desert is a very fun and adrenaline filled ride. Start late in the afternoon at 4:00 pm it is the best time of day to take a tour as the sun is bright enough to illuminate the landscape.

Day 4Ballestas Islands and Paracas / Return to Lima

Breakfast at the hotel; Pick up at the hotel at 7:00 am and transfer in our private vehicle to Paracas a 60 km. (37 miles) drive north of Paracas. On the route you can see the fields of cultivation of some export products such as paprika, asparagus, artichokes, etc. drive north to Paracas for a boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands to see thousands of birds, sea lions and seals in their natural surroundings. The famous Candelabra design, a figure of the Nazca civilization engraved in the desert, can also be seen from the boat and on the final transfer to the Paracas national reserve. Where we will visit the Interpretation Center of the Paracas National Reserve, the Cathedral, Lagunilla Beach, Red Beach and Yumaque Beach to see the petrified dinosaur eggs (under study) and, finally, the Obelisk of Independence.
Later, around 2:30 pm we will go back to Lima; arriving in Lima at 6:30 pm. Upon arrival in Lima, you were dropped off at your hotel. We will spend the night at Lima Hotel

Day 5Flight to Cusco and Cusco through the city

Breakfast at the hotel; Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco, the ancient Inca capital of the Incas. Upon arrival in Cusco; reception and transfer to your hotel – free morning to get acclimatization

Pick up from the hotel at 1:00 p.m. for a private guided tour in Cusco; You will visit Koricancha Temple of Sun the most important sanctuaries during the time of the Incas. Visit the Cathedral of the most imposing church in the main square. The tour continues going to Sacsayhuaman, this site is a megalithic work made by the Incas; It stands on a hill that looms over the city to the north – but even these massive stones are filled with that extraordinary Inca perfection. The next tourism is named Qenqo, it shows a unique limestone outcrop, which was used for religious worship. The tour ends by visiting Puca Pucara and Tambomachay – Accommodation at the Hotel Cusco

Day 6 Sacred Valley of the Incas

Breakfast at the hotel; Pick up at the hotel at 8:00 am for a private full day excursion to the most important sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, explore the beautiful landscape of Peru with a full day excursion of the magical Sacred Valley. First, you will visit the town of Pisaq, known for its lively market. Here you will have the opportunity to see the beautiful Andean handicrafts and garments on display for sale.
Next, we will visit the impressive ruins of the Ollantaytambo fortress. These magnificent ancient ruins serve as great vantage points to gaze out over the valley. Originally the royal domain of Emperor Pachakuteq during the Inca Empire, this site later served as a stronghold for Manco Inca in the final Inca rebellion against the Spanish. In the afternoon return to Cusco – Accommodation at the Cusco Hotel

Day 7 Full Day Machu Picchu / Return to Cusco

Breakfast at the hotel; Full day excursion to the transfer from Machu Picchu to Poroy station; You will take a train (Vistadome Train) to the hidden temple of the Incas, Machu Picchu. The train ride is an attraction in itself, as much of the route winds along the river and mountain face, offering passengers spectacular views of the Andes.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, the town near Machu Picchu, you will head to the bus station for a 25-minute ride to the secluded citadel. Upon arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock (the most important preserved Intihuatana), the royal rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows, houses, warehouses, a large central square; and all connected by narrow roads and passes that are surrounded by terraces carved into the mountainside. After the tour you will have time to wander around the archaeological site at your leisure.

2. 2. Climb Wayna Picchu; For the more adventurous, we suggest you climb the Wayna Picchu from where you can appreciate the immensity of Machu Picchu, being even more surprisingly high and distant.

Day 8 Depart Cusco / Lima International

Breakfast at the hotel; Transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Lima and from there take the connecting flight home
