Highlight: Huchuy Qosqo archaeological site, incredible mountain scenery, quiet trails, local people, Sacred Valley / Urubamba, Machu Picchu Lost City of the Incas
Amazing short trek to Huchuy Qosqo “little Cusco”
This is a very good hike for hikers who love to hike and be in the middle of nowhere (just being surrounded by nature), like to go camping with a group and have fun with others. The Tambomachay head of the east track is a site where few tourists arrive within 30 minutes of Cusco, searching for a small hill consisting of rocks and caves in the form of passages. Huchuy Qosqo (small Cusco) is located above the Urubamba Valley and offers very spectacular views over the Vilcanota Mountain range that ends in Machu Picchu Sanctuary
