Day 1 International arrival in Lima

Our representative will meet you at the Lima international airport and escort you to your hotel.
There are no scheduled activities, so check into the hotel and rest. We will spend the night at Lima Hotel

Day 2 Lima Visita turística

A las 2:30 pm comenzará el tour guiado por los lugares más importantes y atractivos de Lima, la “Ciudad de los Reyes”. Esta excursión ofrece la mejor combinación de los diversos atractivos de Lima en sus tres períodos históricos: pre-hispánicos, coloniales y contemporáneas. En Lima se han desarrollado diversas culturas pre-colombinas que datan de miles de años atrás. Day 3Flight to Cusco - Cusco Tourist visit

Breakfast at the hotel; Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco, the ancient Inca capital of the Incas. Upon arrival in Cusco; reception and transfer to your hotel – free morning to get acclimatization
After lunch at 1:30 pm; Tour Cusco including the Cathedral, Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay. Our tour begins in the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. You will enter the Cathedral of Cusco and see the beautiful wood crafts and colonial paintings that contain extensive Inca iconography. Visit the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) in which the Santo Domingo Convent was built. Legend has it that this temple was completely covered in gold, which impressed the conquerors upon their arrival.
Ascend to the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman and visit the Citadel. This is the royal house where they admired the Sun God, but also worshiped younger gods. Admire this great structure and enjoy the magnificent scenery that brings peace and tranquility. Next, visit Qenqo, the ancient temple of the Puma. Inside you can see a sacrificial altar made of a huge stone. In Tambomachay, you will see the sacred sources of life and health. Pucapucara safeguarded the city gates and the Sacsayhuamán Fortress. The tour ends with a detailed visit of the city of Cusco – Accommodation at the Cusco Hotel

Day 4 Sacred Valley of the Tour

Breakfast at the hotel; Pick up at the hotel at 8:00 am for your full day excursion to the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas, explore the beautiful landscape of Peru with a full day excursion of the magical Sacred Valley. First, you will visit the city of Pisaq, known for its lively market. This hometown was once where “Forex trading” took place. In this type of operation, clients exchange one good for another instead of using the currency. Visit the Pisaq market, where you can buy wonderfully handcrafted products handcrafted by the locals. On Sunday, the main attraction is a mass celebrated in Quechua and performed in Spanish. It is the presence of the mayors and their assistants who play traditional musical instruments called “pututos”.
Afterwards, you can enjoy a typical Peruvian lunch (included in the price) before visiting the Ollantaytambo fortress.
Next, we will visit the impressive ruins of the Ollantaytambo fortress. These magnificent ancient ruins serve as great vantage points to gaze out over the valley.
Originally the royal domain of Emperor Pachakuteq during the Inca Empire, this site later served as a stronghold for Manco Inca in the final Inca rebellion against the Spanish.
Drop off in Ollantaytambo, where you can take the train to Aguas Calientes; Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, reception and transfer to the hotel – Night in Aguas Calientes hotel

Day 5Full Day Machu Picchu and return to Cusco

Breakfast at the hotel; Full day excursion to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes, early transfer at 5:30 am to the bus stop for the short trip (25 minutes) to the citadel of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock (the most important preserved Intihuatana), the royal rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows, houses, warehouses, a large central square; and all connected by narrow roads and passes that are surrounded by terraces carved into the mountainside. After the tour you will have time to wander around the archaeological site at your leisure.
Then, you will have time to do any of the following activities by yourself (not included in the price):
1. 1. Ascent to Wayna Picchu; For the more adventurous, we suggest you climb the Wayna Picchu from where you can appreciate the immensity of Machu Picchu, being even more surprisingly high and distant.
2. 2. At the foot of Puerta del Sol; opportunity to walk (approx. 1 hour) to Puerta del Sol (Inti Punku)
Lunch at the Lodge Restaurant Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (included in the price)
Train back to Cusco: In the afternoon you will return to the Aguas Calientes train station for the return trip to Cusco – departure of the train to Cusco; upon arrival at the reception and transfer to the Hotel Cusco

Day 6 Bus to Puno

Breakfast at the hotel; Pick up at the hotel at 07:00 in the morning and transfer to the bus station to go to Puno. A beautiful landscape along the way, visit of the Raqchi and archaeological sites, as well as the town of Andahuaylillas and its famous “Sixteen Chapel” that was built in the middle of the 17th century. Day 7 Floating Islands of the Uros and Taquile - Lake Titicaca

Breakfast at the hotel; We pick up from the hotel at 7:30 am we take a two-hour excursion boat in the waters of Lake Titicaca to visit the Floating Islands “” of the Uros. These ancient lake settlers, known as the Water Tribe, have built their own “islands” by periodically adding new layers of a unique species of reeds to the area called “Totora.” Their homes and boats are made of this material. We continue our trip by boat to the Island of Taquile, inhabited by natives who have developed efficient and unique social systems, as well as a fine weaving technique, from generation to generation of Quechua-speaking people. Upon arrival in the city of Taquile we will have lunch. Then we will have a walk through its hills and archaeological sites on this 6 km long island.
In the afternoon, return to Puno – Accommodation in Puno

Day 8 Puno Departure - Visit Sillustani - departure from Lima International

Breakfast at the hotel; Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the airport and on the way visit the tombs of Sillustani. These tombs or Chullpas are characterized by their round and square bases, as well as the cornice at the top. There are various figures and symbols in these tombs, the serpent being the most representative. This symbolizes the influence of the jungle and not the Andes.
